The Preliminary Circuit: 60s Giants' Mountains tournament is the season 11 tournament hosted by the official Arcanists 2 Discord Server. It is the first tournament in the preliminary circuit, a 6-tournament circuit which will be held to calibrate a future system built around tournament ELO.

- Finalist from the winner's bracket will have first turn advantage for games 1 & 3 of the grand finals.

Seeding[]
Players were first split into two pots. The main determiner of the pot placement was a soft rating split of 1400. This means that all players in pot #2 must have a rating of 1400 or below as a prerequisite. There were other factors that determined players' placement as well, most notably whether the player is a long-time veteran of the game or not.
After the pools are set up, players from pool #2 will be seeded in a way that they are guaranteed to play one another for the first two rounds. Players from pool #1 will be seeded randomly after that.
